Resilient Teams
High-performing legal teams, as well as support and clerking teams, play a critical role in the success of the legal profession. However, these teams increasingly encounter challenges arising from rapid and last-minute changes and disruptions, which test their effectiveness.
This interactive course examines the dynamics that contribute to a healthy team culture. By utilising data from RQi psychometrics, we provide a team resilience and stress report that identifies both the resilience strengths and areas for development within the team. Additionally, we offer practical recommendations for applying these insights in the workplace.

The RQI Team Report
This provides unrivalled insight into the team’s resilience, well-being, and current stress levels. Using our unique insights, we can identify key areas that will sustain high performance healthily.
Each team member completes the questionnaire using the RQI (resilience quotient inventory), and the combined results identify the team’s collective strengths and development areas. Our workshop then focuses on these areas, enabling the team to quickly identify ways to support each other better and build on development areas.
We also provide the team leader with a debrief, enabling them to interpret the report results, identify resilience actions and have support to shape a well-being plan with guidance from our resilience experts.
Team Report Outcomes:
✔️ Measure and enable team resilience.
✔️ Leverage strengths and target team development areas.
✔️ Provide managers with valuable data to support tactical resilience planning.
✔️ Develop practical strategies to build and maintain a healthy, high-performing
team.
