Jayne Marks
Resilience Coach
Jayne is a science graduate biochemist with a deep-rooted passion for learning and development. With over twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of roles, from Learning and Development to sales leadership and management, working in major organisations, including Janssen UK, Quintiles, and Evans Vaccines.
As an accredited Master Practitioner of the Six Elements programme, Jayne specialises in equipping individuals and teams with the tools they need to thrive under pressure. She has been delivering resilience training for many years, working with individuals and teams across a wide range of organisations - from small businesses to large multinationals.
Her extensive experience spans all levels, from frontline employees to senior leadership including C-suite board directors, helping them develop the resilience needed to thrive in high-pressure environments. She brings a wealth of experience, practical insights, and an engaging approach that makes resilience training impactful and inspiring.

Louise Kitchin
Barrister
Louise Kitchin is a distinguished barrister with an impressive 30 years of experience in the legal profession, including 28 years of practice as a barrister after beginning her career as a legal clerk.
Her steadfast commitment to the well-being of her colleagues at the bar is complemented by her role as an associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she inspires and mentors aspiring barristers.
Recognising the significant pressures faced by legal professionals, Louise advocates for the cultivation of resilience, empowering individuals to not only navigate challenges but also to excel in their careers.
Additionally, Louise is a certified resilience and wellness in the workplace coach, further enhancing her ability to support others in navigating the stresses of the legal profession.
Her expertise and dedication position her as a crucial figure in promoting a healthier and more balanced legal community.
