Resilient Leadership

This course offers leaders essential insights into the relationship between pressure, performance, and employee engagement. It evaluates various leadership styles that foster wellbeing and resilience within the workplace.


Participants will gain the ability to identify stress risk factors that correlate with their leadership styles and those present within their teams. Furthermore, we will introduce the Six Elements of Resilience model and engage in a discussion of practical strategies that leaders can implement in their work environments immediately.

Wellbeing Questionnaire

Leaders distribute a well-being questionnaire to their teams before the course and receive results at the workshops for insights, analysis and planning.
