In this course, participants will acquire the skills to identify and manage stress symptoms effectively. Additionally, participants will explore proactive strategies for building resilience, enabling them to respond and adapt positively to substantial stressors. This training is designed to facilitate swift recovery from adverse situations and to promote personal growth, even following challenging or traumatic experiences.

Full Day Workshop

This course runs over one day, from 09:30 to 16:30 and can be delivered both online and face-to-face.
